    By creating an account or using NOXMembership, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

    2. Service Description

    NOXMembership provides a cloud-based membership management platform including member databases, payment processing, automated communications, and self-service member portals. Features vary by plan tier.

    3. Accounts & Organisations

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each organisation account is governed by its designated administrators. You must not share login credentials or allow unauthorised access to your organisation's data.

    4. Subscription & Billing

    Paid plans are billed monthly in Australian Dollars (AUD). You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, with charges pro-rated accordingly. The free plan supports up to 65 members with no payment required. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

    5. Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use NOXMembership for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited communications (spam), or to store content that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

    7. Data Ownership

    You retain ownership of all data you enter into NOXMembership. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content or member data. You may export your data at any time.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    NOXMembership is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOX.cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

    10. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
